"Garcon, I'll take my Tea in the Orangery!" called Jean. As he made his way down the spiral staircase he noticed rough grunting sounds from the secret bedroom reserved for special guests, he even heard a woman screaming in pleasure. He walked into the orangery, a shady looking man wearing a crucifix sat at the table. "What do you want human." said Jean.

Shaun, hastilly pulling his shirt back over his shoulders and holding it closed (Jean's frantic tearing had removed most of its buttons), followed Jean to the stairs and now watched the conversation curiously from the banisters. [glow=red,2,300]^^ Firthly, yeah, that's me....lol. Let's hope we can get back to our little passion scene soon, Payne [/glow]

"You know what we do to humans don't you kind sir." growled Jean. "I come with a message from my master....he says stop killing the villagers or else...!" replied the messenger a little shakily. "Who is you master?" said Jean with venom on his tongue...."Ill have you know I dont take kindly to threats." "Oh Monsieur this isnt a threat its a promise" the messenger smirked. Jean launched for grabbing the messenger by the throat squeezing tightly. " How dare you!!" menaced Jean digging his nails into the messengers neck. "I'll make sure a message gets back to your master,Oh Monsieur Elegosta it looks like we have a new plaything". Shaun cam into the room, Jean gestured for one of the servants to shut the doors. Violent Screams and ripping sounds could be heard whilst the sound of malicious laughter cut through the screaming.

As soon as the door was closed Shaun hurried over to Jean, pushed the choking human from his hands and pressed his lips against Jean's. Jean responded, hands back in Shaun's hair, before jerking away, breathless. "I thought your eyes were for Carsene alone," he said, half-laughing in surprise. Shaun smiled, breathless. "Plenty of Shaun Elegosta to go around," he replied. "Even for malicious murderers such as yourself." "Every dog knows his own," breathed Jean, his words almost swallowed as their mouths met again. The messenger gagged, retched, and tried to drag himself to the window, blood frothing from his mouth as he coughed. Shaun broke away from their kiss and heavily placed his foot on the messenger's back, pinning him to the floor. "Stay," he said, smirking. "Enjoy the fun." Jean came behind Shaun, arms around him from behind, running his tongue over his neck as he added, "it'll be worse for you if you try to leave." Both having lost their shirts in the previous, hazy passion a moment ago, Shaun and Jean tied the human up and pushed him roughly into the corner. "Don't move," Jean said. "We'll come to you later. When we're ready." Shaun chuckled, his hands snaking around Jean's shoulders and joining behind his neck. "Trust me, that won't be any time soon."

Jean kissed Shauns neck and began planting brief kisses over his chest , he looked up grinning at Shaun, raising an eyebrow then continued to kiss down his chest and abdomen. When he reached the waistband he tugged at it gently with his teeth before noticing the sizeable bulge underneath the clothes.

Jean raised his eyebrows. "Monsiuer," he said with a slow smile, "if I didn't know any better, I'd hazard the guess that you were enjoying this." Without warning Shaun pushed Jean onto his back. Jean blinked in surpriseand found Shaun on all fours over him, his face close. "If I am," he whispered, and Jean could practically feel his tongue against his ear, "let's make it something for me to enjoy, Monsieur." Jean seized Shaun by the shoulders and rolled over, slamming Shaun into the ground. Their places reversed, Jean sat up, his knees either side of Shaun's hips. "So how far does your experience stretch, Sir Elegosta?" he asked, stroking Shaun's bare chest and smiling at the quickened rise and fall as his breathing became more rapid. "Has your far-off ventures never brought another man to your bed?" "You are a man of well-spoken words," Shaun said, and Jean noticed how he was struggling to keep his breathing under control, almost in barely-concealed excitement. "No, Monsieur, you find yourself a brand new toy to hold in your hands." Jean raised his eyebrows. So this was Shaun's first time?...Well, he thought mischieviously, his first time will not be over fast, and it will not be an event he will soon forget. [glow=red,2,300]Payne and I are adjourning to the X-Rated forum, if that's okay...continue and we'll be back when we're done. If anyone's sick enough to want to follow...that's where we'l be [/glow]

the next evening;
the nightwalker stalked through the dark backstreets of Paris in search of his prey. He was young; he needed to feed to grow strong. He had been twenty seven in Calais the past month now he was dead and in search of sustainance against his bloodlust. He spotted his prey in an alleyway. A pretty young peasant girl; half starved so her veins showed vividly through her pale skin. he stuck to the shadows following her as she moved along the alley drawing closer and closer, drawing himself up, about to pounce, he reached out and........
That was the third one tonight! The vampire hunter dusted off his stake. He had much bigger fish to fry tonight. that wretched Maison des Ombres was filling the place with corpses. the stench of the undead was onipresent in these parts. And where was his bloody messenger! he should have been back at their rooms hours ago!

[glow=red,2,300]I see...Well, Payne and I are going through our Shaun/Jean scene in the X-Rated so here we'll cut to the next morning...[/glow]
Carsene came downstairs that morning to find Jean sitting in the foyer, dressed smartly as ever, his eyes strangely bright, looking tired but pleased. Carsene dreaded to think what hade him look particularly happy that morning but found herself asking before she could prevent it. "Good morning, Monsiur Pierpont," she said, stopping some distance away. "How does the night treat you?" Jean looked slowly up at her, and for the first time she noticed a strange, fiery glint in his eyes, almost maliciously pleasing. "Madmoiselle Rousseau," he said, his voice barely above a whisper, "you have no idea what you have turned down." Carsene gave a cry of disgust. She spun on her heels and headed away from him in the opposite direction to where she knew Jean and Shaun had been most of the previous night. Jean smiled, the same lit, maddened-pleasure in his eyes. Last night had been the end of a long break between indulgances...bloodlust, that was one thing, but the more human, more obvious lust of sexual contact, that was something even the most patient person, human or not, could not go without for too long. And when one did go for too long, when it finally came, whatever it was, it felt like the hand of the God of Pleasure himself

"Whats wrong Madamoiselle? you didnt want him I did...he was fair game." said Jean. " No its not that ....its its just you are our leader what will the council think If you are ....having a relationship with another man Its...its frowned upon." replied Carsene . " You have a point...maybe we should have a cover-up?" " How do you mean?" "We should be married.."

Carsene was shocked "Monsieur" she stuttered "I do not know what to say....I....this is so......so sudden" "Madmoiselle Rousseau you have pretended to be my lover for the past five years, do you not think it is time that that pretend relationship be made pretend marriage if you will" "Oh Monsieur Pierpont, I could never" said Carsene "You would have the same freedoms you enjoy now Madamoiselle" said Jean "just you would be doing me a great favour no"

Shaun woke up with a start. It was late in the day, nearly midday, as he could see through the tall window to his right. He groaned. He was lying sprawled on the floor of the dining room, the doors of which were firmly closed; presumably the residents of the Maison knew what he and Jean had been up to that night, and had kept their distance. Last night. The memory drifted into and out of Shaun's head, then struck back again hard. He shook himself, sitting up. Jean had left him lying beneath the silk tablecloth, his head resting on his own shirt. Scowling, he began tp pull his clothes on, the events of the previous night jumbled in his head. Drink...lust...sex...blood...Jean...it all seemed riddled into one blur in his mind. Replacing his hat over his tousled blonde hair he straightened his shirt and headed for the door.

where he almost bumped into Carsene heading very quickly in the opposite direction from where he himself had desired to go - towards the front door out onto the street. He wondered where she was going in such a hurry

Shaun watched Carsene hurry away then, straightning his jacket (and realising he'd made a habit of the motion) he continued toward the door. He was barely halfway when he ran into Jean. Jean stopped, surprised, then grinned. "Morning, Monsiuer Elegosta. How does the night treat you?" Shaun brushed off the sarcasm. "What is wrong with Carsene?" Jean sighed. "Nothing, sir. She and I are having a calm conversation." "Over that distance?" Shaun chuckled unfriendlily. "You never had a way with women, did you, Pierpont? Is your so-called relationship with Carsene just a cover to hide that? To hide what really lights your eyes?" He raised his eyebrows as Jean thought through the best way to answer this, both of them aware that people coud potentially be listening to them. "My relationship with Carsene is no one's business but my own," he said firmly. "Good day." He strode past Shaun after Carsene. Shaun smiled, raised his hands to straighten his jacket but checked himself in time, and continued to the stairs.

"Oh dear," said Luc quietly, grinning. Carsene and Stefan jumped and let each other go. They looked daggers at Luc.
"I must insist," Luc continued, smiling amusedly. "That I tear our beloved lady of the house away for an instant. I'm sure you will not mind, accomodating as you are."
Reluctantly, Carsene drew herself away from Stefan and followed Luc out into the hall, composing her attire.
"What the f..!" Carsene began, but Luc cut her off.
"You need guidance." Luc's tone was matter of fact, Carsene's expression was indignant.
"I do not need...!" Carsene whispered visciously.
"Yes you do, Le Maison is about to suffer a serious blow. I represent this establishment to the king, as you well know, but I am afraid that my time of veiling this place to the mortals is nearly over." He left the sentence hanging.
"Why?" Carsene had calmed and was now attentive.
"Because I must kill the king." Luc turned on his heel and stumped off.
"Why?" Carsene shouted after him.
"Because he's legalised cremation."

Okay, so ignoring your last post...that leaves us...Jean trying to talk Carsene into marriage? I think? And Shaun trying to work out what they're up to?
I've no idea where Stefan is...
EDIT: Ah, just worked out where Stefan is. Probably lying bleeding on his bed somewhere. Nice.[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]Well there's no order of posting, but if you weren't the last poster then technically it's still your (all non-last-posters) turn. In fact I'm not sure who was the last poster--are we counting Vinetosan's? Because it's a good story edition but it doesn't really fit.
Unless Vinetosan was to change context/location of the conversation. It's obviously written in a different place to where the characters are.[/glow]
