The title pretty much speaks for its self but let me give you the details.
1930, The city of Gangs, Alcohol, Corruption, Drugs, Whore houses and various illegal activities that the authorities occasionally pay a blind eye to. This city name printed on the map of America, is called Fallenton but the many residents refer to it as the city of Fallen Angels.
Five years earlier one gang ruled the town and there was barely a sign of violence in the air. In '26 however the Don Camilo died of a heart attack with no certain heir to his organisation. The big three began to fight over the rule of the town and the town was split between them and they became their own Dons.
Don Bianche, 49, A man who is sympathetic, kind and caring but has limits to how far that can last. He controls the southside where the docks are, with that he controls any illegal shipment coming through the port.
Don Caravella, 54, The oldest of the three but deffinatly one of cruelist and violent men around. He owns the westside letting him control half of the industrial areas and the warehouses. He has hundreds of hidden brewerys.
Don Solarno, 39, Very young for his position and understands the needs of his subordinates. Some of the casinos and whore houses, in the north east side, are under his control allowing him almost able to get limitless funds from them. He spends most of his time working from his resturant in Little Italy, an area with most of its residents of Italien dissent.
In the east side of town are where the skyscrapers, City Hall, the police station and courts are located. The gangs tend to leave it alone.
Anyone who took history GCSE will have done America in the 1920's and should know key things about whats happening in 1930. The wall street crash has caused many people to be out of work or paid little. Prohibition, Alcohol is illegal unless for medicinal purposes. Money has different values than it does today, $5 then is like $20 now.
All characters work for Don Solarno
Name: Lucas Cole
Age: 23
Personality/Background: He is a calm person and does what is needed to be done. He doesn't complain about much and keeps to himself when he is working. He can at times be a heavy drinker which gets him into a lot of bar fights. He had to join the Solarno gang after having to leave his job as a taxi driver when he was picked up a pair of gangsters who had just crashed their car while running from Don Caravella's men. He had to lose the car chasing them while being shot at. In the end the other car crashed and he returned the men to Solarno's resturant. They came back out and handed him an envelope to cover the costs to repair the car. When he opened it after he got home he was amazed to find more than enough money to pay the repairs. A weel later, the men who had chased him had remembered the license plate and began beating him up. He ran to Solarno's resturant which was nearby while Solarno's men quietly dealt with them. He had doubts about working for him and still does but he came because he was in danger and needed help protecting himself. He has been working for Solarno for almost a year.
Looks: Just under 6ft with dark brown hair with the latest hairstyle fashion, he wears a clean black pinstripped suit. He has barely a scratch on his body despite the numerous bar fights he gets into. He has some good looks and some muscle on his body. He wears a black trenchcoat and a hat that matches his suit.
Lucas leaned against one of the two trucks outside a warehouse waiting for the rest of the men to get there. It was about two in the morning and it was raining. Under an umbrella he slowly smoked a cigarette. It was buisness as usual for them, all they had to do was drive to the farm on the outskirts of the city and get the illegal canadian whisky then come back. He looked up at the sky, he hated the rain, it made him feel like something bad would happen. A car pulled up nearby and one of the men he had been waiting for got out and walked over to him.
